Dr. Moster is a board-certified Glaucoma and Cataract surgeon who grew up in the Philadelphia area. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his Ophthalmology residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, ranked the number one Ophthalmology training for over two decades. He returned to Philadelphia to pursue a fellowship in Glaucoma at the Wills Eye Hospital.
Dr. Moster has performed thousands of surgical and ocular procedures. He specializes in minimally invasive and complex glaucoma surgeries as well as premium cataract surgery. Given his experience, Dr. Moster has worked as a consultant for the FDA on the development of new surgical devices. He has also been recognized for his surgical skills by receiving the Surgical Teaching Award at the University of Pennsylvania in 2020.
Dr. Moster has published numerous research articles and book chapters in the field of Ophthalmology. In addition to speaking at national conferences and several universities, Dr. Moster has been awarded the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s “Best Paper Award.”
