Marc D. Garden, M.D.
Marc D. Garden, M.D. is a Surgeon and Physician Board Certified in Ophthalmology. He is a comprehensive Ophthalmologist with interests in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders, cataracts, diabetic eye disease and glaucoma.
He has been a Partner with Philadelphia Eye Associates since 1985. He is a member of the teaching staff at Wills Eye Hospital, and participates in resident education on the Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service at Wills Eye Hospital. He is also on the staff of Temple University Hospital. He performs Cataract surgery at the Wills Eye SugiCenters.
Dr Garden received a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received an MD degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital, after completing an Internship in Medicine at Lankenau Hospital.
Dr Garden sees patients in Philadelphia at the Allegheny Avenue and South Broad Street offices.
Dr Garden has had a life long interest in vision and art, which spurred his initial and continued interest in Ophthalmology and the health of the eye.
